Your organization can join the Sacramento River Watershed Program and become part of a network committed to sustaining watershed resources now and for future generations. The Sacramento River Watershed Program is committed to strengthening the work of grassroots groups, who work diligently to protect and restore the natural and community values of the watershed.
Member organizations enjoy:
- Increased visibility: website links on SRWP website, highlight of member groups in Waterways newsletter, and promotion of your effort with regional media and elected officials
- Technical support: notices of upcoming funding opportunities, leads to grant writing seminars and workshops, and notices of technical workshops
- Networking: access to SRWP member group listserv to exchange information, discounts to SRWP events, and posting of your alert and events on our website and listservs
- Information: legislative updates, free SRWP reports, such as the Water Quality Summary Report, and other updates on issues affecting the Sacramento River Watershed
